DOUBLE RUM - PASSION

Ingredients		Amount
Light rum		1/2 jigger
Dark rum		1/2 jigger
Passion fruit juice		250 ml
Pineapple juice		125 ml

Shake with ice. Strain into highball. Garnish with slice of pineapple.

FORGET ME NOT

Ingredients		Amount
Vodka		30 ml
Passion fruit juice		30 ml
Triple sec		30 ml
lemon juice		15 ml

In a shaker glass put all ingredients and shake for 10 seconds. Then serve it in a cocktail glass adding a piece of orange and a cherry.

WHITHAVEN DREAM

Ingredients		Amount
White rum		1 part
Black rum		1 part
Crème de banane		1 part
Passion fruit juice		1 part
Coconut liqueur		1 part
Grenadine		1 part
Orange juice		1 part

Put all ingredients in shaker together with some ice-cubes. Shake well. Serve with piece of banana on top of the glass.

BATIDAS

Ingredients		Amount
caçhaca		45 ml
bar syrup		3/4 shot
Fruit juice		such as mango, guava, passion fruit

Directions:
1. Fill shaker with ice
2. Add all ingredients
3. Shake and drain into glass

For Bar Syrup:
1. Mix sugar and water in a 1-to-1 ratio
2. Boil mixture until it is clear
3. Let cool and use in batidas or other cocktails

BELLO BANGER

Ingredients		Amount
Passion fruit juice		125 ml
Vodka		125 ml
Top off with Galiano

In a tall glass filled with ice, mix Vodka and Passion fruit juice. Float Galiano on top, garnish with orange slice or cherry.

BLOODY PASSION

Ingredients		Amount
Cognac		1 part
Passion fruit juice		1 part

Mix and serve in a chilled glass

BLUE PASSION

Ingredients		Amount
Light Rum		30 ml
Blue Curacao		30 ml
Passion fruit juice		60 ml
Coconut Cream		30 ml
Ice		1 cup

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender Strain into a highball glass and garnish with cherry and pineapple

BORA BORA

Ingredients		Amount
Pineapple juice		100 ml
Passion fruit juice		60 ml
Lemon juice		10 ml
Grenadine syrup		10 ml

Prepare in a blender or shaker, serve in a highball glass on the rocks. Garnish with 1 slice of pineapple and one cherry

BRAIN CANDY

Ingredients		Amount
Passion fruit juice		40 ml
Malibu rum		25 ml
Orange Juice		1 part
Pineapple juice		1 part
Grenadine		1 splash
Ginger ale		1 splash

Shake alcohols and juices. Add to glass with ice. Pour grenadine and ginger ale on top. Garnish with cherry and orange wheel.

CUBAN PASSION

Ingredients		Amount
Light Rum		30 ml
Passion fruit juice		30 ml
Lemon juice		15 ml

Shake in a cocktail blender, strain into a cocktail glass.

DIRTY MOP

Ingredients		Amount
Blavod vodka		15 ml
Blue Curacao		15 ml
Passion fruit juice		15 ml
Orange juice		45 ml
Cranberry juice		45 ml

Shake with ice.

DIVA

Ingredients		Amount
Absolut Vodka		45 ml
Passion fruit juice		15 ml
Lime juice		15 ml
Cherry juice		1 tblsp
7-Up		Fill with

Pour and build in a tall glass or Collins glass. Fill with 7-up. Garnish with cherry and lime.

DUTCH TURBO

Ingredients		Amount
Malibu rum		2 parts
Pina colada		1 part
Passion fruit juice		1 part
Pisang Ambon		1 part
Pineapple juice		6 parts

Mix on the rocks. Pour it all over cubed ice. Put a wedge pineapple on the glass. Serve it the way they want it.

EAGLE EYE

Ingredients		Amount
Vodka		3 parts
Passion fruit juice		3 parts
Orange juice		½ part
Cranberry juice		½ part

Shake and serve in a highball glass with ice. Garnish with a slice of lime on the rim of the glass.

EXOTIC FINN

Ingredients		Amount
Vodka		2 parts
Passion fruit juice concentrate		1 part
Strawberry syrup		1 part

Fill a highball glass with cracked ice. Add the first three ingredients and stir. Top up with Sprite and garnish with mint leaves, a strawberry, a twist of orange and a straw.

FORBIDDEN SMOKE

Ingredients		Amount
Gin		30 ml
Passion fruit juice		15 ml
Grenadine		1 dash

Blend all ingredients and pour into cocktail glass. Add a piece of edible dry ice.

GREVEN

Ingredients		Amount
Absolut citron		4 parts
Passion fruit juice		8 parts
Blue Curacao		1 part
Orange juice		12 parts
Lime		2 dashes

Pour vodka, passion fruit juice and orange juice over ice in the glass. Add the blue curacao and the lime. Do not stir.
